Where am I?

Find your pickup location, or describe a road, exit or landmark to dispatch. You can call without a street address.

Call (918) 830-0773

24/7 live dispatch. Use this page only when stopped safely. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911.

Find this device’s location

Use this while you are with the vehicle. Your browser will ask for location access if needed. The result is approximate.

This tool displays your location here. It does not send it to Miklos or request a tow.

Already using Google Maps?

  1. Find the vehicle’s spot on the map. Check the road and which side you are on.
  2. Touch and hold an unlabeled spot to drop a pin. Find its coordinates in the search box on Android, or the place details on iPhone.
  3. Read the coordinates to dispatch. If you want to send a pin, ask dispatch where to send it when you call.

Google’s instructions: Android · iPhone.

No pin? Describe what you can see.

  • Highway: road name, direction of travel, nearest exit or mile marker, and whether you are on a shoulder or ramp.
  • City street: nearest intersection, address or business name, and side of the street.
  • Parking lot or garage: property name, entrance, level and any height or access restrictions.
  • Off the road: closest road and landmark, plus the ground conditions and how far the vehicle is from pavement.

Use signs visible from a safe place. Tell dispatch if a location is an estimate.

When you call, add these details

Tell us the vehicle’s year, make, model and color; what happened; whether it rolls and you have keys; and where it needs to go. Mention damage, locked wheels, low clearance or difficult access. Dispatch uses the details to discuss equipment, a quote and the current ETA.

Questions about your pickup location

Does this page send a tow truck?

No. Finding or copying your location does not contact Miklos or request a truck. Call (918) 830-0773 to confirm your pickup, vehicle, destination, quote and current ETA.

What if I cannot get my location?

Call with the road name, direction of travel, nearest exit or intersection, and a business or landmark you can identify. Tell dispatch if you are on a ramp, frontage road, shoulder or in a parking lot.

Can I use this for someone else’s vehicle?

The location button estimates the location of the device using it. If you are calling for someone elsewhere, ask them for their location or a map pin. Do not give dispatch your own coordinates as the vehicle’s location.

Why does dispatch need more than a map pin?

A pin can be approximate or point to the wrong side of a divided road. Direction of travel, nearby signs, the correct entrance and vehicle details help dispatch understand where the truck needs to go.
